Avalon Solutions is participating in a great initiative for young girls and non-binary persons in Sweden – IGE Day 2019.
We invite you to apply to spend an amazing day in our office – you’ll get a chance to discover cloud technology from inside and play around with modern tech devices from Google.
IGE Day = Introduce a Girl to Engineering DayIGE Day is an initiative for every girl and young woman to try engineering for a day.
It is an unique opportunity to get the idea of engineering in various companies like Skanska, Volvo, Avalon Solutions and many more. Participate in workshops, have a lunch with our tech crew and ask for everything – we are happy to share our knowledge.

Who can do it?Any person based in Sweden, between 13 and 19 years of age, who identifies as a girl or non-binary person can participate. There is no need to have technical education or interest. We can show you some exciting tech anyway! And of course – it is FREE!
What can you do in Avalon Solutions?We invite the participants on March 29. (Friday) to discover engineering at our office. We will organise some tech and non tech activities for you, all with access to the newest cloud technology (Google Cloud Platform, Machine Learning, AI) and top hardware (Google Pixelbook, Jamboard, and more).
You will have a chance to meet cloud experts and talk about any subject of your interest.
We can assure you, our engineers know almost everything!
